After eight seasons of ‘the smartest person in the world’ erik van looy wanted to know who was the smartest of them all. Journalist alain grootaers, actor/author/director stany crets, stand-up comedian bert kruismans, comedian wouter deprez, journalist steven van herreweghe, journalist annelies rutten, presenter/journalist and former news anchor freek braeckman or journalist linda de win?
Erik could count on his two sidekicks and permanent jury members philippe geubels and guy mortier, who alternated frequently and were assisted by a guest juror.
Eventually bert kruismans decided this clash of the titans in his favour. Henceforth he is the proud owner of the title of ‘absolute smartest person in the world’.
